Roof Top: has a large Garden Area - PLUS a Conservatory Tower.
Large House Measures: 49" Long X 30-1/2" Wide X 57" Tall
Kit includes the Blue Print Instructions for assembly. Made of Birch Pre-Cut Plywood Parts
Windows and Doors (made by Bespaq), Gingerbread Trim and Supplies are also available to purchase and sold separately. In addition, please note that the Front Stairs need to be built.
